WHERE WATER HOLDS

The ocean is a constant in my life—both as a subject and as a space where memory and experience converge. Where Water Holds explores this relationship, where the ocean becomes more than a visual reference. Each painting is rooted in a specific place that holds personal significance, transforming the water into a vessel that contains not just movement and light, but also moments of reflection, emotion, and familiarity.

The idea of holding is central to this body of work. Water, ever-shifting and dynamic, has a unique ability to contain more than its physical properties.
