Eleanor King is an artist and educator whose artistic practice responds to physical, social, and economic landscapes. Her work is often site-responsive and collaborative, directly engaging with others to perform and inform the work. Her interdisciplinary practice includes video, sound, sculptural installation, painting, and frequently employs found materials. Eleanor’s material research is concerned with environmental impact framed through an ethical and intersectional lens. Her work highlights the existential issues we collectively face today, while always retaining hope through beauty and joy.
